WINTER PARK — Ralph Betancourt, CEO of First Colony Bank of Florida will join business leader John Crossman Saturday Oct. 28 on The Crossman Conversation CEO Edition.
Since 2018, Betancourt has led First Colony Bank in Maitland – a true community bank with local shareholders, local board and local decision-makers. He has been helping businesses achieve their goals with vision and innovative solutions.
After graduating from University of Florida with his Finance degree, Betancourt jumped right into executive roles in commercial banking. Throughout his 30-year career, he experienced ups and downs working with professionals, small businesses and real estate investors. He has managed commercial bankers in seven offices across Central Florida.
